12 Year Old Accepts Christ after JESUS FILM Showing

A 12 year old girl named Rosita went to see a puppet show in the plaza of a housing area in San Carlos, Chile. The puppet show was performed by JESUS Film team members just prior to the presentation of the film. About 60 children and pre-teens attended, many of whom stayed for the showing. At the end of the film one of the older teen counselors talked to Rosita. Rosita indicated that the message of the film had touched her heart. She understood that there was sin in her heart, so she repented and accepted the Lord Jesus as her Savior. Rosita is now attending her first discipleship lessons.
The Gutierrez Church used the JESUS Film to launch an evangelistic event in Argentina. “A few days after the showing there was a Youth Retreat with about 150 in attendance from all over Argentina and Chile. The retreat yielded 80 decisions for Christ in addition to those from the Jesus Film showing." As a result a new Mission Church was started in the Lavalle area.
Praise the Lord for the success of this event and the new Mission Church that was started.
María José is a young sixteen year old girl. She comes from a home with many conflicts. At first sight, she appears to be a normal teenage girl with a great desire to live. However, the reality was that in her short life she had tried to commit suicide several times. The District Jesus Film team had planned to present the movie for three consecutive days in a neighborhood called El Inca. South America Region - The Mendoza Camp, January 10-14, was a blessing! 150 Youth participated in this encounter; around 130 Youth from the Cuyo Argentina District, 25 from the Central Argentina District, and some from the North Patagonia District, Northeast Argentina and Chile, and even a Brazilian visitor, Ana Maria Dos Santos.
