The Vision Retreat Centre, located in a quiet, residential community of Mandeville, Jamaica, was not the same for the weekend of March 9 to 11, 2007. From as early as 7:00 p.m. enthusiastic and energetic N.Y.I. leaders from Jamaica East and West Districts started occupying the centre in anticipation of the experiences what were awaiting them at the NYI Leadership Training Retreat 2007.
